We’re Ivar and Susan, the founders of Not Wasted. After years in the commercial world, we felt a growing need to use our experience for something with real impact. We saw how much good food is thrown away every day and we decided we didn’t want to just watch it happen.
So we started Not Wasted. With rescued ingredients and products, a love for great taste, and a mission to fight food waste, we’re proving that doing good for the planet can be simple, delicious and meaningful.
